My Weight Loss Story

At the time of this weight loss. I ate eggs and bacon for breakfast. I had a Herbalife low carb shake, which they don't make any more, for lunch and a sensible diner keeping the carbohydrates to a minimal. I don't recommend the shakes now. I would recommend sticking to whole foods and low glycemic choices.
